Academy

There is academy mode in JY for the fresh-grad talents or even the university students. JY is willing to give the chance to learn, take the responsibility, and clear career path to grow up with you from college time.

Internship

We have 3-month internship program to offer a chance to the talent university student accessing the financial world and know more about the structure, culture and working style in JY. With our mentoring and supporting, you’ll be involving in a hands-on project essentially significant to the company.

The result: A summer filled with complex problem solving and a deeper understanding of capital markets, and the technology that enables our work. Hear from our past interns on their own projects.

On-Campus

Career fairs, info seminar, coffee chats, and networking opportunities – you will learn about JY and meet with engineers, quantitative traders, and investment researchers.
